How This Actually Works
I work with men 1:1 on the internal blocks keeping them stuck: fear, shame, avoidance, old beliefs about who they're "supposed" to be.
We don't just talk about it. We:
Identify the pattern - What are you actually avoiding and why?
Process the emotion - Feel the fear, shame, anger you've been suppressing
Take action - Do the uncomfortable thing while we're working together
This isn't therapy (just talking). This isn't traditional coaching (metrics and motivation). It's transformation through facing what you've been running from.
The Process
Step 1: Free 20-Minute Call We talk about what you're dealing with, what's keeping you stuck, and whether this work is a fit. No pressure. No pitch.
Step 2: 12-Week Commitment If we move forward, we start with 12 weeks of weekly 1:1 sessions (video call).
In each session:
We dig into what's going on with YOU. Beliefs, behaviors, fears, etc.
We replace limiting beliefs with positive ones
You commit to empowered action before the next session
Step 3: You Decide What's Next After 12 weeks, you decide: continue at the standard rate, transition to group work, or you're done. No obligation.
Investment
Founding Client Rate: $500 for 12 weeks ($42/week)
This rate is for men joining now while as I build my practice. As soon as it is built out, the rate goes up significantly.
Standard rate will be $1,000-2000/month.

Common Questions
Is this therapy? No. Therapy focuses on understanding and processing. This work includes that but emphasizes action—doing the thing you've been avoiding.
How long do people work with you? Most men start with 12 weeks. Some continue for 6-12 months. A few do one round and that's enough.
What if I'm not sure this is for me? Book the intro call. We'll talk for 20 minutes. If it's not a fit, we'll both know quickly.
Do I need to have a specific problem? No. You just need to feel like something needs to change and be willing to do the work.
