The Grow Dangerously Transmutation Protocol ⚔️
Moving From Self-Destruction to Self-Mastery
The Transmutation Protocol is a 7-step alchemical process to convert urges, emotional turmoil, and impulse into power, clarity, and grounded masculinity.
We’re done allowing external setbacks and our inability to cope with the resulting feelings lead us to self-destruction.
A trigger pops up, we act out and cope unhealthily, then we’re stuck fighting harder than ever… just to return to baseline.
Here you’ve got a high-performance engine, but you’re hitting the gas with the brakes applied. You’ve got all the tools—the gym, the breathwork, the sun—but the system’s fried from the last emotional crash.
Thus, we don’t feel the benefits of these healthy habits, too busy fighting to stay afloat.
Instead, an idea:
We build an engine that runs on fuel and friction.
Thus, discipline and pain become twin turbos, working in sync to propel us.
We exit the perpetual cycle of elevate —> fall down —> fight to get back and elevate a bit more —> fall down.
Now it’s pure elevation. No stopping.
Thanks for entertaining my race car metaphor… Let’s get into it.
1. Awareness
“Name it to claim it.”
Ultimately what we want to ask ourselves:
What the hell is going on in my internal world?
The pause. Perhaps the most important piece. Catch yourself in the moment of the trigger—whether it's lust, anger, anxiety, rejection, disappointment, loneliness, or the cocktail of emotional/sexual tension.
Identify: “I feel [emotion]. I feel it in my [body location].”
🔹 Example: “I feel frustration and sexual tension. I feel it in my stomach and in my balls.”
2. Alchemize Through Expression
“From trigger to truth. Become an expert on yourself.”
Journal immediately—even just a single page:
What triggered me?
What need or wound is beneath that?
What is the lesson or upgrade here?
What would my future, higher self tell me right now?
🔹 This is you turning pain into intel.
3. Move That Emotion Around
“Root into the earth.”
I say this often: self-awareness is huge, but it’s only half of the battle. Taking ACTION on that awareness is where we win. Let’s act.
We need to MOVE, physically. Get out of our thoughts and move that stuck energy around. Breath, exercise, a walk, dancing, humming, whatever.
Sample protocol that I use:
Stretching. I use the energy to build myself up—literally improving my posture as a result of turmoil, instead of imploding.
Box breathing: in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4.
Body check: where’s your body at? Feel your feet. Breathe into your stomach.
4. Direct the Energy
“Breathe into your balls.”
Classic Taoist sexual energy circulation:
Squeeze your PC muscle (as if you were trying to stop the flow of urine)
Do this repeatedly as you breathe deeply into your balls, your stomach, and up through your head.
Imagine that stuck sexual energy flowing up the spine.
Call it woo-woo, this what the ancient G’s did…
🔹 Your triggers become fuel for mastery.
5. Sexual Transmutation
“Now choose where this energy goes.”
Once you’ve transmuted the trigger, don’t just sit in it—build.
This is the energy that builds empires.
Build your business
Hit publish on a post
Record a video or voice memo
Write a truth you’ve been avoiding
Book the thing you’ve been afraid to commit to
Take 10 minutes and work on your side project.
This step turns inner transmutation into external momentum. It teaches your nervous system: When I rise, I move forward.
We’re in deep rewiring territory.
6. Reward Naturally to Reinforce
“You stayed present. Now, nourish.”
Give your system a natural reward—sunlight, music, real connection, nourishing food, or nature.
Signal safety. Reinforce: this is what we do now.
This reinforces our rewiring process.
Your whole life, you’ve conditioned your brain to think:
Desire + Pain = Sexual Reward and Crash
Now, we’re rewiring for:
Desire + Pain = Opportunity to Take Flight
7. Close the Ritual
“Mark the win.”
End with stillness: for 2 minutes, just reflect on what happened. You did one of the hardest things known to man—something people either never become aware of or simply can’t do.
Anchor this win into your nervous system.
Tell yourself: “We don’t have to run anymore. We build with this energy now.”
Reminders:
Emotion ≠ enemy. It’s raw power waiting to be forged.
Urge ≠ failure. It’s fuel in disguise.
Setbacks ≠ weakness. They are your real gym.
